Hi, I am Mason. I am a Business & Communications graduate passionate about digital media, business operations, and building creative online projects. My work focuses on managing remote teams, developing digital products, and helping projects grow through organization, communication, and strategy. Whether it’s managing content workflows, mentoring creators, or building web-based platforms, I enjoy creating systems that turn ideas into successful long-term projects.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked across digital media management, online business operations, mentorship communities, and web development. I have experience leading remote teams, coordinating scheduling and workflow systems, tracking financial records, mentoring creators on social media growth, and building websites and web applications. I also currently work as a Direct Support Professional, where I continue developing strong communication, professionalism, and client support skills while helping individuals live more independently.

What makes me unique is my combination of business, creative, and technical experience. I enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and building projects from the ground up, whether independently or as part of a team. My background in leadership, marketing, digital media, and entrepreneurship allows me to approach projects from multiple perspectives while staying adaptable and growth-focused.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing and am currently working on a long-form manuscript project. I also enjoy coding web-based platforms like Ink Hub, creating content, and taking on ambitious creative projects that challenge me to continue learning and improving.
